Some exterminators on kijiji have no licenses and use Home Depot rodenticides/insecticides (i.e. domestic products) which are not effective. We have access to commercial/industrial grade products that are very effective.
We use DEMAND CS or Temprid SC as our pesticide (for spraying) which costs 5-7 times the price of what the great majority of pest control/exterminator companies use: DRAGNET. On the overall price it is a small increase but DEMAND CS and Temprid SC are by far more effective.
Our pest control/exterminator company (located in Toronto) has a Commercial General Liability insurance of $2,000,000. Additionally our technicians are fully licensed Ontario Certified Exterminators.
In the Toronto and surrounding areas our pest control company can schedule you for a same day service to resolve your pest issues as FAST as possible. The pest control monthly visit maintenance plan consists of using the following for monitoring and remediation: Tin traps, bait stations, monitoring glue boards, glue boards, gel bait and dust. This service is only available in Toronto and excludes the surrounding cities.
